Board Bill 22 sponsored by Board of Aldermen President Megan E. Green and Mayor Cara Spencer allocates the $230,000,000 of the $255,000,000 Rams Settlement Fund to support recovery and rebuilding in North St. Louis, infrastructure maintenance City wide, and the revitalization of Downtown.
