On December 10, 2024, Alderwoman Alisha Sonnier and President Megan Green filed Board Bill 153, the TRANSFORM STL Act. This bill authorizes the appropriation of $277 million dollars of Rams Settlement Funds for deposit into various new special funds to support citywide water and mobility infrastructure, affordable child care and postsecondary education or training, City workforce, and citywide housing and neighborhood development efforts. This bill is supported by Mayor Tishaura Jones.
