On November 15, 2024, Alderwoman Pamela Boyd introduced Board Bill 131. This bill authorizes the use of a portion of the Rams funds for reinvestment in downtown and disinvested neighborhoods in line with the proposal submitted by Greater St. Louis Inc. This bill is co-sponsored by Alderwoman Keys, Alderman Oldenburg, and Alderwoman Spencer.
Please share your feedback and questions on this bill by Sunday, December 1st. We will share a report of your feedback in the next phase before offering a comment period on another plan for spending the Rams Settlement.
