Massive regulations

Nicholas Freed•1 month ago The only proper regulation for this data center and every one after it is regulating data centers out of existence. The people have spoken on this and it's time to listen to us. We. Don't. Want. This. Screw data centers. Screw Bob clark. And screw cara Spencer for caving to business and ignoring the people who vote.

NO DATA CENTERS IN STL

Nicholas Freed•3 months ago I'm a bit confused why we are still discussing this issue after multiple hearings and a vast majority of citizens have already told the BOA and these developers that we do NOT want a data center in the city of St. Louis. Data centers are a drain on resources, taxes, and environmental resources. There is nothing good that would come from having one of these in the city of St. Louis. They do not produce meaningful, long-term jobs. They do not benefit the community. They are not supported by any citizen of the city. We need real businesses that would benefit the city and produce meaningful tax growth for local schools. This project would not do that. I strongly urge in no uncertain terms: DENY THIS APPLICATION.

NO DATA CENTERS IN STL

Nicholas Freed•9 months ago I highly object to data centers being built in the city of St Louis. Data centers destroy the environment and raise utility rates across the region. Thanks to the state legislature, Missouri utility rates are already sky rocketing, and putting data centers in the city will only make it worse. The minute number of jobs they create is nothing compared to the environmental and fiscal impact on citizens. Plus most of these centers are being built to appease huge corporations who steal out private information. St Louis is already being sold for parts by the state Republicans and our new mayor, don't let them supercharge it by building a worthless data center.
