Charlotte Smith3 years ago Make sure STL kids have places to go and things to do and make sure they: 1. learn to drive; 2. learn to swim; 3. learn a foreign language; 4. learn music; 5. learn to do a budget and manage finances- incentivize savings and planning; 6. learn to communicate using the tools of speech and writing and video; 7. learn to ask for help (and make sure they get it); 8. learn basic tech literacy (beyond the phone and video games). 9. and make sure they have safe, clean places to live and healthy food to eat because these are the things that help people avoid and minimize trauma and can heal generational wounds that plague our city.
