The City of St. Louis, along with St. Louis County and the St. Louis Regional Convention and Sports Authority (RSA), won a historic settlement against Stan Kroenke and the National Football League’s (NFL) member teams and owners’ decision to move the team to Los Angeles in 2016. After nearly five years pursuing justice and accountability for the St. Louis region, we were awarded a historic settlement of $790 million ($519 million of which were available to the City, County, and RSA following attorneys fee).

In the settlement, the City received $280 million (with $30 million committed to the Convention and Visitors Commission), St. Louis County received $169 million, and the RSA received $70 million.  

The Board of Aldermen is partnering with Go Vocal to involve the community in planning how to use the Rams Settlement funds. The City's leadership is committed to using the funds to make big, lasting changes by helping people, improving how the City works, and fixing things throughout the city. These investments are meant to help the economy grow, encourage more people to live in the city, and make life better for the people who live here.

This is a pilot project, which means we are testing the use of the Go Vocal platform in a limited capacity. However, the Go Vocal platform can be used for all kinds of participation processes: collecting ideas, voting, discussion, surveys, polls, citizen's budget, public studies, online mapping, scenario planning, support for advisory councils and committees, etc. We are excited to test many of these features over the course of the next year. At the end of the year, we will be asking you for your feedback on how the pilot went!

How do I log in to the platform?

Registering is easy. You just need to fill in your name, e-mail address, and home address. You can also use your Google or Facebook account to register. Only your first and last name are visible to others.
