Remove Fees from Online Payments

The City of St. Louis is one of the last remaining entities that charges a use fee for using a credit card to pay online bills. There is a small charge for paying your water/trash bill online. Property tax bills also charge a use fee. Shop online at your favorite retailer and no such fee exists. It is curious as to why there hasn't been legistlation produced that prohibits use fees for public entities. Let's do away with the use fees for paying your City bills online once and for all!
