Public Safety from Masked Individuals

Anyone legally enforcing laws within the City of St. Louis should not be allowed to wear masks. They should be mandated to provide their name, title, what agency they work for, and badge numbers. Anyone not showing proof of authority or wearing a mask should not be allowed to provide enforcement activities within the city limits. Also need to clarify what "roles" the national guard are allowed to play in the city, and what duties are they allowed to or not to perform (ie. no policing). Develop police policies to arrest anyone wearing a mask and attempting to perform law enforcement.
