The only proper regulation for this data center and every one after it is regulating data centers out of existence. The people have spoken on this and it's time to listen to us. We. Don't. Want. This. Screw data centers. Screw Bob clark. And screw cara Spencer for caving to business and ignoring the people who vote.

No. We cannot protect health, jobs, the environment and our wallets against data centers. We don’t have the regulatory staff , the equipment to monitor damage and impact, or the tools to fix things once damage is done. The Armory/Goodwill location will put our air quality forever in unhealthy ranges, will have impacts on neighbors, hospital patients and workers nearby, & physical, cognitive, stamina & performance impacts too. AI wants to displace workers for billionaire ai trash. Data centers supersize fakes (including pornography), fraud, cybercrime, & they power crypto mining , gambling
and surveillance. Theres not room here for all the harms. No to data centers. See my YouTube data center playlist.
