Downtown to Midtown Trolley Loops

Most of the major attractions of Downtown/Midtown are too spread out to be walkable or visit without having to drive between them. We need three loops of trolley or special bus service that takes visitors to the locations without having to drive or repark. For St Louis to bring visitors back to downtown, we need a way to tie it all together and make it cohesive.
1) Ballpark village to the Arch to along Broadway to Washington for America's Center up Washington to Tucker, Tucker to Market then down Market to the Stadium.
2) Up Olive for Central Library, Washington spots, City Museum, to Jefferson / Soccer stadium, over to Market for Union Station, Enterprise Center, War Memorial, City Hall, to Tucker over to Olive.
3) From Jefferson up Market / Forest Park Pkwy for Chaifetz Arena to Grand for the start of Cortex up Grand to SLU and Grand Center back down Olive to Jefferson.
