I am not against Data Centers overall but there needs to be careful considerations of the current and future implications to our city. in 10-15 years these will be outdated facilities that will need environmental remediation and repurposing or demolition. remember when Computers were big and cellphones were bulky. the computing power in these proposed centers will be obsolete possibly before the construction is finished.
